nearly $1 million in first-round financing from Alpine Spectrum Investors LLC,
Carlin Ventures, and PW-CP LLC. Clubplanet has developed the technological backbone
to the nightlife space, aggregating nightlife information and syndicating that
information through an expansive distribution channel. Partners have included IBM,
Showtime, Panasonic, Finlandia, Sony Music, Bacardi, Perrier, UPOC, and Vindigo, among
others.

- Developed WWW applications, pages, and services:

- Designed and programmed several NSAPI routines to allow for different
authentication mechanisms, including Kerberos and SecurID authentication.
- Explored new methods of securely doing business on the Internet.
- Evaluated, recommended, and/or maintained cryptographic hardware and software,
network scanning software, smart cards, firewalls, and various Internet utilities.
- Administered the Internet firewall machines and actively tracked security
problems.
- Developed C code, Perl scripts, and shell scripts for various administrative,
